With over two decades of distinguished leadership experience, Debjit has established himself as a transformational leader in bilateral technology relations. His career trajectory encompasses senior advisory roles at KPMG India, Tech Mahindra Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he orchestrated 50+ large-scale IT transformation initiatives, stewarded $200 million in P&L operations, and drove measurable client efficiency gains of 25%. As India’s Technology Brand Ambassador, he has represented the nation at prestigious international forums including SPIEF, CIPR Russia, and Atom Expo, advancing Indo-Russian technology collaboration.

His distinguished career is further evidenced by his active participation on the boards of multiple leading IT institutions and associations.

With extensive expertise in international project management, Mr. Likhanov brings substantial experience across joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border dispute resolution.

He is currently Professor of Practice at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and Visiting Professor of Practice at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He is also an Honorary Distinguished Fellow of Vivekananda International Foundation, New Delhi.

Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak is the Vice Chancellor of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and currently serves as President of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), a position he has held since July 2024. With over 26 years of academic and administrative experience, he has held leadership positions across multiple premier institutions. Dr. Pathak has published 29 papers in international journals, presented 26 papers at national and international conferences, authored a book chapter, and filed one patent.
