The Association of National Champions was established through the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation’s priority initiative “Support for private high-tech leading companies,” recognizing that fast-growing, innovative technology enterprises represent a distinct and vital sector of Russian business with expanding influence on the nation's economy.
Today, the Association unites 142 companies across diverse industries—private enterprises distinguished by their technological prowess, rapid growth trajectories, and commitment to innovation. Established in 2009 in New Delhi, VIF is a leading independent public policy think tank. It promotes high-quality research and dialogue on national security, international relations, and strategic studies. VIF operates six specialized research centres, bringing together leading minds for key national and international policy deliberations.

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)
Founded in 1942, CSIR is India’s premier autonomous R&D organization and one of the world’s largest publicly funded research institutions. With 37 laboratories across India and a workforce of over 14,000, including 4,600 scientists, CSIR drives innovation in fields ranging from aerospace to environmental science. The organization holds over 2,971 international patents.

United Service Institution of India (USI)
Established in 1870, USI is India’s oldest autonomous think tank focused on national security and defense services. It advances the study of military arts, science, and defense literature. With over 15,000 members and Asia’s oldest defense journal (established in 1871), USI operates multiple research centers, serving as a vital forum for strategic discourse and military scholarship.
