The Second International Technology Congress (ITC-2025) took place from September 16 to 18, 2025 at the Patriot Exhibition and Convention Centre in Moscow Oblast, attracting leaders from industry, academia, and government to discuss the future of international technology cooperation. The Chamber for Indo Russian Technology Collaboration (CIRTC) represented by Debjit Chakraborty was in the plenary session of the event.

Held under the theme “Technologies without Borders,” the Congress featured more than a dozen expert sessions covering cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, robotics, radio electronics, unmanned systems, digital transformation, data economy, and industrial automation.

A major focus of ITC-2025 was the creation of global technology alliances. Sessions highlighted prospects for cooperation between Russia and ASEAN countries, as well as initiatives on open architecture for next-generation industrial automation systems.

Among the organizations present, Innopraktika reinforced its commitment to international collaboration in science and innovation. Building on its earlier initiatives, including a planned Russian-Indian technology association, Innopraktika emphasized the importance of knowledge transfer, human capital development, and joint engineering solutions.

The event concluded with a strong call for cross-border partnerships to accelerate digital maturity, standardization, and the commercialization of advanced technologies. ITC-2025 showcased Russia’s role as a convening hub for dialogue on technological sovereignty and international cooperation.
